The Risotto at this Restaurant with an infamous name, Lisbon, Portugal. I have described it as a transformative experience. The rice was perfectly cooked, not mushy yet not firm, creamy but not sticky, with the right balance of saltiness. The grilled shrimp imbued lightly sweet yet smoky flavor to the dish. There were mushrooms to add the right amount of earthiness and it was topped with shavings of chocolate that pulled it all together for one of the most memorable meals I’ve ever had. We passed through this restaurant in the spring of 2018 and I think it has already rotated off the menu.
